Lease Term: One year

Pet Policy: Up to 1 dog allowed (up to 25 lbs). There is an additional pet deposit of $500 and pet rent of $25/month for each approved pet. No cats allowed.

Laundry: Washer and dryer provided.

Landscaping: Tenant is responsible for landscaping and exterior care.
