Everyone has been friendly and polite. The soundproofing is great, and I love the convenience of being right by the MAX red, blue and green lines, as well as many bus lines, and the A and B Loops. We're also within walking distance of several restaurants, a couple of Starbucks cafés, and several hotels. The building and surrounding areas are typically clean, and it's nice to have an "at-home" gym. I love it all!

I just moved in but so far I love it! My move-in special was great, and I love the apartment. I also like that, they did not charge me to apply until I signed my lease. They answered all of my questions as well.
