Passage apartments are a beautiful community, quiet near the freeways, near stores, across the street from an elementary school (very convenient for people with kids) and Angela and her team are the best, professional and very helpful, me and family recommend this place!!!

They haven't replaced our back door shade after asking for almost 2 years. They keep saying they "don't have any." And they threatened to raise our rent by $6500/mo if we didn't sign a new 12 month lease. Also, they won't let you pay rent early, which is kinda weird. If I had to describe our overall experience at Passage, I'd say, "we have lived here for 3 years and are moving now."

Passage is a great apartment to live at, the management team is extremely friendly and active in the community here at passage. The apartments are always being in improved and the neighbors are very kind as well.
