Since our arrival here the office staff have been the sweetest.

James works super hard to make sure the residents are happy that they have everything they need and is very understanding of his residents.

Lorna is happy to see her residents out and about. She makes sure to get work requests sent off right away, with a smile and a bounce in her step she loves to show people their new home.

Selena is new here and shes doing a fabulous job, her professionalism of her work shines thru her.

This place is horrible I’ve had nothing but problems since I moved in. Mold grows in all the windows. People don’t pick up after themselves or their pets. The amount of times I’ve gone to take my dog outside and there’s just glass in the walkways has been far too many. My car has been broken into and my roommates stolen and we haven’t even lived here more than 6 months. STAY AWAY!

Management is horrible, grounds are disgusts full of dog waste. Neighbors are noisy, rude, don’t follow rules and nothing is done. Trash everywhere, nickel and dime you for everything don’t even think about getting a deposit back. You can hear every and anything your neighbors do . Quality of the build out is horrible. Gang members spray paint all the time,a garage burned down in July, still not fixed. Homeless and addicts wander in and do what they want. People park in your spot, security is a... joke and takes forever. Charged a huge deposit & non refundable pet deposit. I cleaned very well & still "owe" money. They never intended on refunding my money. When I moved in the carpet was stained and frayed. They did not even paint.Graffiti everywhere, all the time. Garbage overflowing everyday. You have to pay for a parking spot. I seen people shooting up in the parking lot at least 4 times. People living in the garages. Dog doo everywhere. This place is a joke!

Sometimes we stay living somewhere for convenience or necessity, but I do not recommend this place to live, the truth is that they have bad service and I will give you an example:
About 5 days ago I put a request for them to come and repair the refrigerator in my apartment and you know how important a refrigerator is and I'm still waiting for them to come and repair it.
Today April 7, 2022 I put the third request for them to come and repair it.
I don't know what's going on, but no matter... who comes in as apartment manager, everything remains the same or worse.
