Constant change in management, the app used for maintenance/bill paying being changed constantly, a poor quality gym, poor security in the package room and storage units, high shared utility pricing, poor communication, and lackluster apartment amenities.

Since Greystar has taken over management at The Linden,...
we have been actively working toward several goals aimed at improving the overall resident experience. Some of the changes already implemented include adding a new after-hours courtesy patrol, strengthening policy enforcement to support a more comfortable living environment, and increasing resident engagement and communication from the onsite team.
We have also been reviewing and improving policies throughout the community to provide residents with more reassurance and consistency moving forward. While periods of transition can sometimes feel disruptive, our intention is for these updates and improvements to create a more positive and well-managed experience for everyone who calls The Linden home.

Not Secure/trustworthy

If you make the bad choice of living here make sure you don't order any important packages. They disappear and management is no help.
