This is the absolute WORST place for someone to live if they plan to buy a home soon! Why? Because from the staff, the neighbors, the neighborhood, and the apartments themselves, it’s so incredibly comfortable here that you may decide you don’t want to buy a home after all! (true story) Originally, this was a temporary stop, but I’ve decided that I don’t want to live anywhere else!

The Dylan is a great place to live. Safe and quiet building with friendly staff and residents. Wonderful location with easy access to South Waterfront Greenway, OHSU, restraunts, parks, and local businesses.

I have enjoyed my stay at the Dylan immensely. I have never heard a next door neighbor. I rarely come across people but when I do everyone has been so friendly and we all help each other out. I once left for a brief trip and somehow left my front door cracked open. I got a call from the office saying a neighbor had come to them out of concern and she was reaching out to make sure I was okay. When I informed her of my mistake she immediately offered to go lock it for me. I was so impressed with... both her and the other tenants consideration. The amenities are all well kept and the management team is so diligent and understanding. I had toured nearly every waterfront complex and I am very happy I chose the Dylan. I have no regrets and plan to sign for another year
