The Dylan has a great vibe and is aesthetically pleasing. Comfortable outdoor spaces, as well as access to the Greenway and lots of neighbor hood businesses and transportation.

RATS, ROACHES & THEFT

Under no circumstances should you move here! Choosing this property and management group has been the biggest leasing mistake I’ve ever made. The Dylan has been nothing short of a nightmare. My locked storage unit was robbed TWICE, encountered rats and roaches both inside and outside the property, and witnessed drug addicts openly using on the property. Save yourself the agony and look elsewhere!

Also, I moved out only a few months ago so there’s zero personal gain from making this post. I’m... sincerely hoping this post will prevent others from making the same mistake.

We are disappointed to hear that you did not have a more positive experience with us at The Dylan. We take all safety matters seriously and address each issue right away. It appears that the photos you took were outside of our property in... the neighboring parking lot (Doug Bean) where you pointed out the rats near the container, and if any transients wanders near our property, they are escorted offsite by our courtesy patrol officers once we are contacted by our residents!
