I love the building and the area. The grocery store, the gym, and many great places to eat are walking distance. It also has in unit laundry which is great.

Overall pretty good, a few things leave something to be desired, but those seem all fixable by work order. Staff is very communicative and helpful, if perhaps a bit disorganized. Location is great, apartment is comfortable, and the in-unit washer/dryer is awesome. Everything feels very modern and nice.

Services requests get done promptly. We've had some management turn over so the office is rarely open these days but at least most things can be handled on the app.

The apartment itself is spacious, clean, and updated with modern finishes that make it feel comfortable and homey. Maintenance has been quick to respond whenever I’ve had an issue, which I really appreciate. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe, and it’s close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other essentials. The only downside is that parking can be a bit limited during peak hours, but it’s manageable. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and... comfortable living space.
