Great space to live in! Nice proximity to Pearl District, Slabtown and 23rd. Easy access to streetcar. Plenty of shops and restaurants walking distance.

Good for the price. Beautiful building. Elevator is always broken & community posts are heavily monitored which is disappointing. Community events are held but often at inconvenient times for those with a 9-5.

The addy is the best. I’ve been here for over 3 years, it’s the perfect location and very accessible to The Pearl and 23rd street. The location also has easy access to to the freeway.

I love this place. I wish I could stay here! I’ll be back one day :) thank you for a lovely 2 years of a clean, safe, happy, warm environment.

The first elevator stopped working shortly after I moved in, and the second elevator has been out of service every other week with nearly every resident having a story about how they’ve felt it bounce like a trampoline if not simply been stuck in it— or both. Like me. As someone who also has a disability that has required EMT carts to exit buildings multiple times in their past, I can’t give this apartment complex a lower rating. It’s obvious that the leasing company is doing the bare minimum... (if not less) to maintain this building for the residents. If you’re looking for a new-ish option at a reasonable price that this may seem to be at first glance, I recommend looking elsewhere.. hidden issues involved not worth it.
