Amazing staff The entire staff, particularly Amanda, has been absolutely amazing in helping us find the right unit to rent. We aren’t even residents yet and the customer service has been above and beyond with open communication, many detailed answers to our inquiries, in-person tours, and more. Couldn’t recommend more!

Luxury building with professional staff The 11W is one of the top luxury buildings in downtown Portland. What sets it apart is the staff and amenities. Everyone is super friendly and supportive making living in the community next level. The amenities are like no other and are well maintained. I would recommend 11W without reservation for the building, staff and ease of lifestyle downtown.

Home From early on, 11W felt like home. Our neighbors and the highly skilled staff created a wonderful, welcoming environment that felt very safe and joy-filled. From the love towards our dog to the community events, it always felt like part of a wonderful vertical neighborhood. I never imagined that saying goodbye to an apartment when buying my first house would be bittersweet, but the beautiful environment and even more beautiful community were hard to say goodbye to. Nothing in Portland... compares.
