Great Maintenance Team I accidentally tripped a breaker and couldn’t figure out the breaker box. I submitted a maintenance request late Thursday afternoon and by Friday afternoon, the breaker was fixed! I appreciate the note telling me the team had been there and suggestions for preventing a tripped breaker in the future.

So far its always been great At our last apartment they shifted through workers, and pretty much nome of them did much of anything. We had a broken sink for about a year at one point.
Meanwhile we have needed help with a few little things being fixed here and there and its been great. Usually gwts fixed the same day, dont have any issues, I dont even need to be there.
All over the internet people have noticed apartments are giving "the landlord special", which basically means everything is... broken and fixed in the laziest way possible. If at all. So Ive been thoroughly suprised at just how things are taken care of here.
