I never thought I'd be able to live in the Pearl, walk to Nob Hill, and Downtown AND do so affordably but the Ramona gave me the chance. My apartment is spacious and the layout is open.The community is very nice and I love how dog friendly it is. Maintenance is attentive and works hard to keep everything in working order. The building is about 15 years old and needs some aesthetic upgrades but other than that you wouldn't know this was an income restricted place. I'm really glad it is though and... feel thankful to call the Ramona home.
