Poor Managment, Scary Neighbors
I have lived at Berry Ridge apartments for over 3 years and they have a new manager every time I stop by the office. They lose my rent payment every other month and never seem to know whats going on. I also have to say my neighbors are scary. I'm pretty sure the downstairs neighbor is smoking crack and is the person who tried to break into my apartment a few months ago (on the 2nd floor). My neighbor across from me is a drunk who wakes me up on a regular basis trying to enter the wrong apartment... . There was a car in the parking lot for over a month with an umbrella smashed thru the windshield. Do not move here!!! My father also had an apartment here for 2 years and we finally moved him out due to the shady neighbors who were always trying to take from him. This place is filled with jobless druggies and managed by clueless newbies.

Berry Ridge
After 10 years here, I'd have to say that the apartments themselves would rate 4.5 stars, the reason I gave them only 3, is the management.

love
My apartments are great! Nice place to love. Very quiet, walking trails. Ive been here a year and wouldnt want to go anywere else. Its very convenient and located by a lot of shops.
