Very safe and well maintained building. Clean amenities always and quality products. Noise levels are low throughout the building, friendly faces in the hallways and common areas :)

I've been here for a few months and I love it here. The management is just as nice as my neighbors. Just wish there was a pool or or a sort of gym partnership with the apartment.

I’ve had a great experience living here. The building is well maintained, clean, and comfortable, and the staff is always friendly, responsive, and professional. They genuinely care about residents, which makes a big difference.

Living here since 2011 and loved it until recently. Still a great location and good community. But over the last couple of years, all they've done is change management many times and reduce the quality of services. Most recently, an unnecessary change in overall building cleaning to a cheaper crew, thereby reducing the quality of overall cleanliness. And most recently, reducing our maintenance team which was already down to one from two, to zero! We now have to share maintenance services... with another location. I had always said I would stay here for life, as long as the quality of our maintenance stayed in tact under the man who has run it expertly for about 15 years, and now they've let him go to be replaced by on-call. I have lived here very briefly now but only great things to say. All amenities are kept very clean and fellow residents are friendly giving a community feel !
