Don’t rent here that’s my only review. It’s treated like a hotel cars are broken into maintenance. Isn’t taking care of. I only live here because I have to.

Quiet area with a good amount of parking for a Portland apartment. I recommend the top floor.

Lovely building! Quiet, well maintained, really love it here!

We have lived here for 2 years when the building first opened. It was a very nice and pleasant place to live. The staff was wonderful and very considerate. However, now the looks are just surface level. If you enjoy constant garbage in the parking areas, waste and dog pee/poop in the elevators and entrances, weed smell’s coming through your vents, security issues (car vandalism, storage locker break in, broken glass/doors) then this is the place for you! Further, the parking door hasn’t worked... for 6 months while tenants are still paying for “secure” parking. I have witness over 10 vehicle vandalisms since living here. I hate to say it, but I am really disappointed with this place and the trajectory that management (not building management, corporate level) has allowed this place to continue in. I am sure if those in charge lived, here they would feel the same. Hope this review is helpful to those considering living here. So much for living in downtown Portland. Read More
