Having lived a full year at Alta Peak concluding at the end of January, I can honestly say it was the best managed building that I've lived in with Dora And Kendra being the reason. They would handle any issues that would occasionally arise at a moments notice. The maintenance team was always quick and professional the few times I needed his assistance. Neighbors were always quiet and respectful, didn't even know someone lived next to me. If you're looking for a great place to live, don't... hesitate to give this place a tour! They do move in specials and referral bonuses too. Five stars all around, highly recommended! Lucy misses you Kendra and Dora!

Friendly, responsive, and helpful staff. Maintenance issues are resolved very quickly. Common areas like lobby, gym, and rooftop are always clean
