I have been living at Alta Peak for almost two months now. The staff and maintenance are courteous respectful and responsive. I feel very safe and relaxed here which is very important to me as a writer. I need a quiet chill environment to do my work and I have found that here.

Can’t Go Wrong!
I toured the Alta Peaks on February 22nd with Dora. I immediately fell in love with the building and the area. About a month later I had my apartment reserved and here I am today all moved in and loving everyday so far. I had one maintenance issue and they where here first thing Monday morning to take care of it. I called and asked for pictures of my view from my apartment was told no problem and 10 minutes later they were E-mailed (Thank you Kendra). See myself being here for awhile and... you can’t go wrong with this place!
