The staff and maintenance crew really do a great job of making it feel like home. For someone who is thousands of miles away from family, the welcoming environment in the clubhouse and with staff, the close community of the neighbors and the events the staff puts on throughout the year are why I resign to stay.

I’ve lived here for 8 years and have really enjoyed it. People are friendly and the neighborhood is walkable (especially the neighborhood trails in the fall weather). The staff is friendly and maintenance is quick and efficient in solving problems.

Parkridge is the best! The updated units are attractive, the landscaping is nicely kept, and the buildings are spread out with trees all around (unlike some properties where they are squished together and it's all concrete). The office staff are kind, caring, and helpful, the maintenance staff are highly skilled and very responsive (the best!). The location is safe and convenient to shopping, healthcare, transportation and more. Highly recommended.
