When we moved in our fridge didn’t work and it is still not fixed which has made it hard to buy groceries or keep food in the house so we’ve been having to eat a lot of takeout which is not ideal.

Great complex filled with great staff. Really didn't have any issues here at all in a year and a half. I caused a couple myself (no fault of my own for the most part) but they were all handled with professionalism and understanding. 10/10 for sure.

Mercato Grove has public spaces, amenities, and location that cannot be found anywhere else in Lake Oswego. Interior finishes and fittings are superior. Having food/beverage options and a pharmacy at Mercato are definitely a plus.

Just renewed for a third year. Great location and the maintenance team is great! Management has changed and the ship is being run as tight as it used to be. Also, there seems to be an abundance of corporate relocations who stay here who are like rental cars drivers…..they don’t treat the place like it’s their home. Probably wouldn’t renew based on this. It feels more transient, not like home the last two years!
