It would be perfect if you can control the parking spots from people that used them to leave cars that haven't move for months. Between building 3 and 4 there's a couple of cars that are occuping spots and people dont use them. It really hard to get a spot at night after I com3 home from work, i have to park too far away.

Very Friendly Apts are older and need work. Maintenance is very timely in fixing things. Can be loud at night when trying to sleep. Not bad for the price.

Very rarely actually addresses any issues you bring up in the office.
Constant loud mowers or leaf blowers
When you submit a repair request it usually gets done very quickly!
Quite a few people not cleaning up after their pets, although that's not exactly on the complex as there are signs and bag stations with trashcans everywhere.
