very good, no complaints here. I like the community and the amenities. Everything is good. Management is nice and things get done. Sometimes trash overfills which is annoying.

Hello,
I like the appearance of the property with all the mature trees and proximity to greenspaces and Evergreen Park. The package lockers and mailboxes are conveniently located. Landmark is handy to a hospital, several grocery stores, lots of fast food and gas stations... and convenient for day trips to the coast. The maintenance staff is always responsive and friendly when they make a call. The rent is kinda high for the age and wear and tear of the apartments over many years.

My most recent experience was a maintenance request that was handled quickly and proficiently. Your maintenance team did a great job. I would recommend renting from Landmark every time.
