I enjoy living at Landmark. It's proximity to shopping and Evergreen Park are very convenient. I enjoy the mature look of the property with all the trees. The maintenance staff does a very good job. My only complaint is that, for a complex this old and the middle-of-the-road apartment amenities and overall appearance, the rent seems high and increases every year.

The whole process from touring to signing the lease was super easy. Everyone in the office is super helpful and willing to accommodate anything that might help you live more comfortably in your new apt. They helped me and my partner escape from a really bad situation with old roomies, so I'm forever grateful for all the support and kindness they've shown us thus far.

Besides all that the property is SO pretty. All the trees make small walks very pleasant, along with the fact it's located by a...
public park with a playground and trails. The 1 bd/1ba layout is SUPER spacious and cozy. It's more than anything I could've hoped for! I'm not a big fan of the carpet but that's just a personal preference of mine.
