I real love this apartment, because everything is close for me, Clackamas center WinCo food , ,Costco, .....etc. and also my wife works in Oregon City that is very close to her get there

Yes the place is alright, good times, quiet and clean, people are alright, staff's cool. All in all, an alright place to be. Could use more parking.

This is a pretty good community to live in staff could do a better job in answering the phone or emails however they are good at responding to service calls no community is perfect I would like to see more parking available to residents and also get rid of the cars that are not up to date on registration and are broken down that will open up some spots for pain residents!!!

I think the property is beautiful and I love the apartment. The staff is very nice. However I am very worried about the communication. There is no way to just call the office and talk to one of the staff. And email takes days to be respond to if at all. I have had to show up in person after work and iI areas told I would receive a call by Tuesday about signing my paperwork to move in. I can’t make it there until Friday now. Friday is my move in date and I am not even sure I will be able to... move in until I can get there on Friday morning. I sure hope once I move in it will be easier for residents to get ahold of leasing staff.
