Hello All! As a young renter figuring it out. Avana At Happy Valley has been nothing but welcoming! Not only it being in the perfect spot with everything within a -10 mile radius. It truly is super exciting to be able to make your apartment feel like a home- and that’s all the staff here at AAHV want for you too! There’s plenty of floor plans to choose from and they are also pet friendly and have some pet amenities. Staff is Attentive and Timely with responses and feedback.

In my unit, neighbors hoard trash and leave on stairwell. The smells that come from there prevents me at times to have my windows open.

Parking is Bad, but the lease team is great they are so helpful and positive. Thank you jamie. I’ve been looking for amd apartment and don’t make enough $ yet. They don’t turn their noses up or treat me any different. Instead they are supportive and have possible solutions.

The community is getting better with the new Property Manager. But, the neighbors are just awful! They do not understand that you must pick up after your pets, and not let them poop everywhere and anywhere. Noise, oui! But overall its getting better than it was!
