The leasing process was easy but it was a little difficult to get a hold of the on-site team. But since moving in, we have loved the easy access to amenities and friendly community.

I have had some common apartment life struggles but the community staff are always quick to address my concerns. The prices seem quite fair for the area and the interior is nice even in the non renovated units. It is a smoking community which I didn’t know before moving in but that’s on me

Avana at happy valley makes living easy and convenient. The staff is amazing and very helpful. Being pet friendly makes life a lot easier when you have pets.

Pretty good so far! It hasn’t been too loud around our apartment, some noises for sure as expected in an apartment. Maintenance has responded in pretty good time.

It’s been great so far! Definitely can’t complain. The maintenance requests have been answered everytime! The amenities are great and the staff in the office are extremely friendly and welcoming.
