Compared to other experiences I’ve had, the Arden has been extremely pleasant and I honestly really love my apartment. It is really easy to communicate with management and maintenance which is really nice.

I’ve lived here 6 yrs and since Greystar started here, it’s been 100% better . Friendlier people in office, needs are met faster, and it’s been cleaner. The overall atmosphere has been enjoyable.

The Arden is a lovely complex with all the amenities I need. The rent is within by budget and has a washer & dryer in the unit, which can be difficult to find in a price range that is affordable. It’s quiet and peaceful here and I am very impressed so far.

The grounds are beautiful, the park for the kids is perfect, the creek over the bridge is brilliant and we can't wait for the weather to warm up to enjoy the other fun outdoor activities provided. I'd like to also note that I am impressed at how well insolated it is, the cold barely gets in! And this kitchen! Oh! I am in love!!! I hope we're happy here for a long time.
