Rent is $1950.00 a month and Security Deposit starts at $3900.00. This is a month-to-month lease. Renters Insurance is required. Pets upon approval basis with additional $500 for the 1st, $250 for each additional towards security deposit.

Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is roughly 2.5 times the amount of rent.

Qualified applicants will be contacted when property is available to be view. A driver’s license is required to check out a key at that time. Please make sure key is returned within one hour of checking it out.
