If you want to live in a construction zone and have your water shut off constantly, live here!
Genuinely an awful place to live with terrible management. This apartment complex is under construction constantly with various "upgrades" that just make the people living here's lives worse. The complex has been under construction for a year and a half at this point, I did not pay to live in a construction zone. The noise is constant, starts well before a reasonable hour (before staff even gets onsite!), and they hire the cheapest vendors so something always goes wrong. I'm currently sitting... here with no water in my unit because of "necessary repairs" that happened with absolutely zero warning. I was literally in the middle of a shower when the water shut off. This is not an isolated incident either, I count 14 times in the past year that the water has been shut off for more than an hour. This is completely unacceptable. And this doesn't even go into the fact that the complex is littered in dog poop, and management will create new rules randomly just to find new ways to charge you. Have a bike? Great! Well you can't store it on the patio you pay for, but guess what, if you pay a monthly fee you can store it in their bike lockers that conveniently had a huge hole in the door where thieves can bypass the lock and steal your stuff! Every year they will try and raise your rent 7-10% with nothing to show for it, and you have to fight tooth and nail just to get a minor reduction, while other apartments in the area fall well below their rent prices. Avoid this place at all costs.

Pienso que se cobra bien caro otras cosas fuera de la renta,yo no uso gas,fuera,ni utilizo nada,que no sea mi parqueo qué pago,y te cobran mucho y por demás, creo que si un equipo electrodomésticos se rompe,se debe cambiar cuando vuelva a suceder es mi criterio, muy costoso todo y no son nuevos ni actuales son de varios años atrás

Everyone who works in maintenance is very nice and very prompt. Everyone in the office is incredibly helpful. Every time I've accidentally left my keys out. They're super friendly towards my dog as well! Super welcoming environment in the office. And I really appreciate the food carts. Having a community barbecue is also lovely.

An impeccable apartment complex. All personal are friendly and helpful. Large size apartments, overlooking beautiful greenery throughout. Very pet friendly. Ample parking. The BEST location in Beaverton, walking distance to stores and many food options. Once you move in, you know you are Home.
