Don’t apply!! Stinky!!
Both apartments I looked at smelled like cigarette smoke, even though there is a “no smoking” policy. Front desk is rude and unprofessional. Grounds smelled like cat pee. Would never recommend.

We are sorry your experience was not outstanding at Invitational. Invitational is transitioning to a smoke free community. There is no smoking in common areas and we are in the process of being smoke free throughout. I inspected our vacant... apartments and found them all to be in excellent condition with no smells. Great Location
Awesome location, right by the Greens. Easy access to the highway. I really like the different ponds all over the community and the units are renovated. Highly recommend!

Amazing Amenities
The grounds are well kept, and the staff are friendly while always giving a one of a kind experience. This community is very welcoming and highly recommended.

I love living here
This property is in a great location. Office staff is very helpful and friendly and maintenance quickly repairs problems. I’ve live here 5 years and don’t plan on moving any time soon. It would be nice if there was a dog park.
