Spring creek apartments is, like the title says, the perfect place for anyone. Each person I’ve talked to here has been kind and fun to get to know. Not only the staff in the leasing office, but the people who live around me. I have felt nothing but home here at Springcreek. Every second has been worth the stay and I plan to not move anytime soon

Not Worth It At All.
Living at Spring Creek of Edmond has been kind of a mixed experience. The complex is pretty quiet, which is nice, but it’s way overpriced for what you get. The gym is tiny and doesn’t have much equipment, and maintenance is super slow to fix things. They also sometimes come into your apartment without much notice, which is kind of annoying. Some of the carpet is loose or lifted, and everything runs on gas, so if there’s ever a problem with it, you could be without heat or cooking. On top of that... , it’s right by a school, so getting in and out during school hours is a pain.

I love living at Springcreek!
My time at Springcreek has been amazing. I love the staff here and have had 0 problems since my first day! The residents are just as awesome and are super friendly. It became a home for me so quickly, and I would highly recommend living here out of all options!

Wonderful apartments!
They keep everything very clean, maintenance always comes within a day or so of putting in tickets, and Angie at the office is wonderful! Highly recommend for any students, families, or roommates to check these out!

Best Pool Around
Maintenance works hard to keep up the place. The pool is open all year long but it definitely hits its peak in the summertime. It is such a great space to relax outside. I love that the community is surrounded by so many trees, it makes it feel like such a sweet escape.
