This is the best apartment experience I’ve ever had! I lived hear from the beginning of 2024 to March 2025 and couldn’t recommend it more. The front office is awesome and always responsive to any issues I’ve had. The maintenance crew is incredible, I’ve had several minor maintenance issues that are always fixed same day. My heat went out once and they also fixed it the same day. The grounds are very sell kept. 10/10!

No Place Like Home!
Here at Montclair Parc I have had such an easy transition to being by myself! The office staff is great and so helpful, there is no such thing as too many questions with them as they answer them all with a smile! The maintenance team goes above and beyond making sure that every maintenance request you put in is taken care of same day! I look forward to the rest of my time living here!

Stop Your Search! They Make it Easy!
The team at Montclair Parc was so helpful. The whole application process was completed from home on their website and I was approved in minutes. Sure there is some ID verification required, but that is just a couple extra steps to ensure I was who I said I was (which I am thankful for considering they hadn't ever met me). After talking with the girls in the office, they were able to help me find the exact apartment that I was looking for. They have lots of floor plans and options, but they took... the time to see what would best fit my needs. I am really thankful for the service they provided and I encourage anyone looking for a new home to give them a chance to knock your socks off, like they did for me! Best of luck to anyone looking. fees, wasps, mold
Wasps everywhere even after maintenance order; they don’t remove everything in your balcony, etc., even though you told them you have allergies and carry an Epi-pen. Unnecessary Fees for everything in rent, and when you move out, they charge you a cleaning fee even though you have already cleaned. The office is friendly, but some are new and won’t always have the correct answer. You will email multiple people or contact various people until you get the correct answer.

LOVE Montclair Parc
Being fresh out of college and not fully knowing how to navigate the whole apartment scene, the staff at Montclair Parc really stood out. From the tour, to the application , to finally moving in, any questions I had during my process was answered swiftly and cheerfully. I could not have asked for a better place to call my home.
