I love this neighborhood is very peaceful. I feel safe here and I love my neighbors. They are wonderful. My kids have made friends who I know they will keep forever. Place is very specious and I couldn’t ask for much more. Joey and Quinn are phenomenal! They were extremely professional, friendly, skilled, and helpful. Not only did they complete my work order for my patio door blinds, but they went above and beyond my expectations. Truly amazing service!

Emergency Maintenance is AMAZING
My wife and I just recently moved into our 1 bedroom apartment here at Creekside and we absolutely love it here! We had a leak start under our sink over the weekend and had to call emergency maintenance to come out. At our old complex emergency maintenance would take about 8 or so hours to arrive, here at Creekside the maintenance man arrived within 30 minutes of our phone call and got the leak fixed in less than an hour. Shout out to Ray! He was so kind and welcoming and also helped calm my... anxiety about the leak. He is a hard worker and is very personable. I feel safe and secure in knowing he is with the maintenance team and that I can always rely on him. :)

Maintenance
Tika is an awesome maintenance guy. He’s very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He explains what he is doing to fix the problem, not just try to hurry and patch it up! He def makes living here a better place.
