Maintenance
Tika is an awesome maintenance guy. He’s very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. He explains what he is doing to fix the problem, not just try to hurry and patch it up! He def makes living here a better place.

Maintenance is the real MVP
I’ve been at Creekside for more than 13 years now and I’m feeling more excited even more now that Ivy Hunter’s maintenance crew are a huge part of over seeing the property!!! They’re immediate in their response to request which makes a huge difference when maintenance issues are big inconveniences.
I put in a request with multiple issues and before I could finish submitting, maintenance was already knocking at my door. I was really shocked at how fast they came. I’m really liking this... team!!!
