TLDR: It took me two weekends, 1.5-2 containers of Clorox wipes, and around one day of mopping to clean the remnants of the previous tenants from this apartment. Although I’m grossed out and tired 3 stars bc the staff is really easy to work with and picking up packages is easy.


I’ve lived here for a little under a month now, and although my experience upon moving in with Chad was great, as I have lived here I’ve encountered issues with cleanliness. The apartment initially seemed decently... clean, but when I ran the water in the shower, the drain was clogged and when I opened my dishwasher it was clogged and filled with murky water (you literally could not see through it). It took two containers of draino and a lot of boiling water to unclog the bathroom drain. And although, the complex fixed the dishwasher within two weeks of me submitting a ticket for the issue, after running a cycle, I ended up bleaching and scrubbing it because it was so dirty. Then we’re the countertops- I emptied a half a container of Clorox wipes cleaning it before just scrubbing it down with pink stuff. From there were the hardwood floors which were filthy. It took me 5 swifter pads to realize that I needed soapy water and ‘real’ mop. I mopped the floor with soapy water about 6 times before getting water that was ‘clear enough’ for my swifter to take care of. All of this to say, I now know the hair color of the previous tenants. Furthermore, none of the appliances were wiped down. Although the inside of the oven was clean and the inside of the toilet was clean, I still used a container of Clorox wipes to clean around them because there was so much built up pet fur and hair caked to the crevices and corners of everything. So, my advice, before moving in is consider how much time you want to spend cleaning as this took me about 2 full weekends to take care of in total. Today I signed the papers to lease ann apartment from this complex and Chad was wonderful! Even in the sad rainy weather he was so kind, happy, and energetic. I really enjoyed the tour and I’m excited to move in!

Chad was great showing me throughout the apartments. He answered all my questions honestly and open minded.

I wasn’t aware that they don’t turn the AC on till mid May, it’s been 85 degrees in my apartment since April 1st. The laundry unit is unusable, they don’t clean it even when asked repeatedly. There is a lot of thieves that live here evidently, all packages will get stolen. If you have any problems or questions- don’t bother calling the office they won’t answer.
