I lived here 4 years and I love this place especially the management team I always get fixed my apartment in time when something gone wrong at the right time.

Terrible service, they ignored me and refused to refund any part of my application fees

I applied for an apartment with this company. After my application was approved, they ignored me for weeks. Either they would not answer my calls, or answer without providing any clarification and end with a false promise to call me back. I had to leave the apartment where I was renting and look elsewhere. When I finally got to speak to the supervisor of Ardsley, she was rude, refused to apologize about the negligence of her office, and refused to refund any part of the application fees. Ardsley... is by far the worst rental service I have ever contacted. My advice to you: look elsewhere, don’t waste your money!!!
