This place declined drastically . The carpet in the lobby is beyond filthy .. each floor could use a good cleaning. The elevator has been broken for months now. The wash room floods. And this to me is just basic up keep. So much more unkept maintainence. Don’t move here!

The property management has gone downhill in the last few months. It was better when Mike managed the buildings. The new person is cold and not friendly. Maintenance is slow to respond, if at all.

Maintenance never actually finishes jobs or doesn’t respond at all, place is rarely properly cleaned, one small elevator and a back staircase for moving and their was vomit on the floor for over 3 months from another tenant before someone came to clean it up.

Mike and his team have been so kind and timely with their replies with me since day one. Mike is often around the property, there to help at any time. I am so pleased with how spacious my apartment unit is, its location, and how I know I can count on Mike and his team if I need anything. Would recommend to anyone!

They never clean, the buzzer is always broken, rats in the walls, and they ignore any complaints. Look elsewhere, this place is a slum.
