Decent price for size
I have lived here for 3 years and over all have really enjoyed living at holly park! The apartments are a decent size for the price and they have free guest parking.

Extremely dissatisfied
Moved into a mold-covered apartment. Had to clean it ourselves, didn’t mind so much as it’s a cheap option BUT of course they just announced increased rent. I wish I could attach a picture but our laundry room is horribly disgusting. Walls are covered in nasty grey grime and NO ONE has been around to clean it. One washer has been broken for over a year, so there’s only one working for the whole building. Oh and you better pray it doesn’t snow bad because they do NOTHING about that. Sheets of... ice in the parking lot, people parking in the middle of the lot because spaces are filled with snow. Genuinely dangerous to be in, especially our building as it is in the back so a maze of cars and ice to get to. Building always smell like marijuana and hallways have random stains. I would say you get what you pay for, but with this rent increase save yourself and look elsewhere.

Worst Management
If you want to llive here, you should prepare to pay fines for no reasons. Management is worst they try to collect as much money as they can from you.

Poorly Maintained Property and Unresponsive Management
My daughter and her roommates have not had mail delivery since moving in 10 months ago. Their building mail boxes have been inoperable and Holly Park has refused to repair them, incorrectly claiming that it is the responsibility of the US Postal Service to maintain Holly Park's mail boxes. The property is run down in general, with dirty common areas and much deferred maintenance like painting.

Apartments are fine, management is awful
I lived at Holly Park for the 2014-2015 school year with two roommates. The apartment itself was fine, good quality for how much we were paying, but the complex was poorly managed. There were no office hours on weekends (when problems typically arose), the supposed 24/7 emergency maintenance was unreachable, maintenance requests took several days to be fulfilled, and they neglected to clean the parking lot and sidewalks after it snowed. When the parking lot was finally plowed the snow got packed... up behind the cars, making it impossible to get out.
