The only office lady they had that ever got anything done left. I feel like out of the year I’ve been here they did patch work and never really fixed the apartment. Whenever I go to the office to no one is there and I just wanna go somewhere else.

They do not have an online application and no matter if you call or leave messages or email you never get a response! The website says you have apartments available, but you can't rent them out if no one ever answers the phone or emails.

The units are full of black mold and management doesn't want to acknowledge it and fix it. They are horrible to deal with once you are a resident and treat you like garbage if you requested anything. Terrible place to live.

This was a very nice place to live for the rent they charge.

It has been cleaned up a lot. It is still low income housing but at least the new ownership has stepped up and made it more of a community, they are even maintaining the pool!
