I used to love living here until I experienced repeated maintenance and neighbor problems. They shut off my heat in the living room from January through May of 2018 because they damaged the steam heater when they installed it, so it was freezing cold for 6 months. I was yelled at/a maintenance guy demanded entry into my unit without prior notice when I had just stepped out of the shower, so only wearing a towel. The back doorknob keeps coming off, never fixed permanently. The heater from the... above unit leaked so badly the ceiling fell down along with water, and leaked and was not fixed/repeated issues for a year, requiring me to call the city building inspector. Both cockroach and bedbug problems, ant and flea infestations. Loud neighbors, bad smells and choking cigarette smoke for almost 6 years. Bathroom wall next to tub caved in. No functioning washers for more than 3 months. No parking, next to no closet space. Do not recommend as a healthy and safe living environment.
