I cannot recommend Edge32 Apartments. Our experience living here was defined by poor management, unsafe conditions, and constant unresolved issues.
When we moved in, our unit had broken windows, a damaged patio door, and other fixtures that were never repaired despite months of service tickets. During winter, the inside temperature dropped into the 30s and 40s because the windows weren’t fixed, yet our utility bills regularly reached $500–$700 a month.
It frequently rained inside our apartment... due to leaks, and even after submitting tickets and videos, management never followed up. The trash room was often overflowing, and the security gates were broken for more than half our lease. For the first seven months, there wasn’t even a property manager or maintenance staff on-site.
We were even wrongfully served with an eviction notice despite being prepaid on rent and had to take time off work to resolve their mistake. When it came time to renew, they offered us a rent increase that was higher than their current advertised penthouse rate—and $300 more than the same unit plan marketed online.

Horrible
No management presence and can’t get a hold of anybody for anything other than maintenance requests. They don’t take care of the trash and is currently backed up into the hall. Elevator breaks all the time. Do yourself a favor and just live somewhere else.

please think twice
Apologies for the length of my review. If you’re only looking for a cool and modern apartment, this is the place. BUT, note that communication and presence of management or apartment staff is basically nonexistent. I lived here for 2.5 years and I will say the apartment itself is very nice. But during my time there, I would estimate at least eight different management companies oversaw the building operations. Additionally while living there, there was a shooting in the building, multiple cars... were broken into (including bullet holes in windows parked in front of the building) and so many packages were stolen we had to have all of our mail delivered to family members. The only elevator in the building was completely broken down for weeks at a time on several occasions, leaving only the stairs for access to other floors. With all these issues, I continued to receive minimal to no response from management. The only solution offered for stolen packages for example, was to file a police report. No effort was made to better secure the package delivery system. When moving out recently, I contacted management via email for move out instructions. It’s been nearly a month and I have not gotten a response or any information on my security deposit. In terms of amenities, the apartment has a gym and a common area. The gym has equipment that doesn’t work properly and the common area has a soda machine that is always broken. For the sake of your safety and mental health, please think twice when considering this apartment.
