Building is literally falling apart due to a combination of weather, age, and neglect. Power goes out constantly. Mold throughout building due to multiple waves of flooding. Elevator goes down weekly. Heat doesn't work in many units. And the property management company doesn't even bother responding most of the time. Building is not reliably locked as advertised, as management does not enforce existing policies requiring tenants not to prop doors, which has led to multiple burglaries in the past... year.

Also, be advised that the "positive" reviews you see on this website and elsewhere were paid for by the previous management company, who offered a cash discount on rent in exchange for positive reviews.

The absolute worst place to live EVER. Moved in and The showers had hair all over them, the bathroom floors had black footprints and smears, and the floors were sticky and caused our shoes and feet to turn black. One of our girls walked barefoot in the apartment and actually had black feet after... that’s how nasty it was.
The bottom floor bathroom was disgusting... i had to scrub and bleach the floor for it to appear partially clean. One swiffer wipe was completely black after using it on the... smallest bathroom.
Also, the manager sheila is absolutely terrible and only contacts you back if she needs money from you. She gave us no information on moving in... We got stuck in the garage without a way out, and stuck outside for no way to get in until another person drove in. Read More
