Maintenance

I had put in a work order for Maintenance and not only did Shawne fix the issues I had with my apartment, but he also went beyond and cleaned up the grass and weeds in my patio. It look so much better.

Maintenance

Ryan came and helped me with my washer, he did great! While he was here he went above and beyond for me and my family!

Air conditioner and pest

If there is any such thing as zero or negative start, that would have been appropriate.
This is the worst experience I had with any apartment. The air conditioning is broken and I have reported it for over 1 month (I mean for the month of June &July) the hottest months of the year and they have not fix the problem still. The reception was not helpful when I initially report and she sounded and acted as if it’s my fault that they did fix it. The temperature is in the 90 degrees out they seem to... care less about what their tenants feels and living conditions.
It’s unfortunate that’s they did not hold their part of the bargain. Rents get paid timely, yet my maintenance request fall on deaf ears. If you are someone who keeps your words and deserved the same; if you don’t want to be running after or begging for your maintenance requests to be honored, look some where. I can’t wait to end my lease.
The windows are loose and flies storm in the house even when the windows are shut and locked, I have reported it and still have to deal with it. This is not to mentioned about the cockroaches. The apartments are infested.
