UPDATE THE BUILDING The Owner and Management team need to take a close look and update the building starting with the pool area floor, hallways (paint and carpet), rooftop furniture and most important with over 260 units we share 1 maybe 2 very small crappy grocery carts that most of the time are not in the storage closet to use. That is a joke. Buy good ones and they will actually last.

Fast Amazing Service I love living at OLP because the way the service/maintenance dept maintains the place. I have never waited more than a day or two for a service request to be addressed. Every team member is courteous and professional- every time.
