This place gives you a “price” that you are going to pay and then you quickly realize how many additional charges they have when you read the lease. Just putting this on everyone’s radar. I would stay away from- but read very carefully if you do rent here!

I have lived here for four years and would continue to if I didn’t have to relocate for work. Maintenance staff (Anthony) is AMAZING. Office staff are friendly. Building is clean and very secure. Fitness Center is nice. Location is convenient to downtown, Xavier, several shopping areas, and restaurants. It’s a bit expensive but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time at Grandin House and would recommend this property.

Looked like a nice place and leasing agents were nice, but they tricked me into applying for an apartment that they said would be available during the time I was looking and then after paying the fee and deposit told me it was actually not available. I have no idea if they did this on purpose. I won't speculate, but it was a major waste of time and money.

You can find better apartments all over Cincinnati with Towne or NAProperties. I lived at Grandin for 2 years and they will try to charge you a lot of moneys (thousands) for phony repairs. It’s part of their strategy to keep the apartments updated. The cost isn’t worth the General living space and the outside looks like a old person home.
