Outlets didn't work
Light switches were older than me
Maintenance never came to try and fix any of the electrical issues
Basement is unsecure and I have had things stolen from said basement
No AC
The pipes were always clogged
Dishwasher was useless
Water damage visible in every part and even had my ceiling leak.
Lard lord was rude and unprofessional.

Black mold, bed bugs, hardly any heat, paper thin walls, and leaks. Landlord is awful and maintenance is no help. It's close to campus and cheap but it's not worth it. Trust me.
