Leasing office does not respond to emails or phone calls. Leasing office also does not follow up as requested regarding questions and also gives out wrong information.

Great community and staff. Grounds are maintained and the maintenance team urgently helps with whatever you need. :)
I do wish they’d put grass or turf back in the dog park instead of what’s there currently. But love to see all the dogs in the community on their daily walks!

I’ve had an amazing experience living at Brio at the Boulevard. The community is clean, modern, and really well taken care of. The apartments themselves feel spacious and upscale, with quality finishes that make it feel more like a luxury home than an apartment.

The staff is always friendly and quick to help with anything, and maintenance requests are handled fast, which I really appreciate. The amenities are a huge bonus too — the pool, gym, and common areas are all spotless and great for... relaxing or getting work done.

So far so good. We moved in a little over a month ago, so far the amenities we have used are great. We have had a good experience with our neighbors and with maintenance.
