His journey into sales began at the age of 10, selling attic items on street corners.Joe holds a degree in English and Education from Manhattan College, Bronx NY. After a brief stint in teaching within the New York City public schools, he transitioned into real estate over 30 years ago and later returned as a distinguished NYS Department of State instructor.As a Faculty Instructor at Hofstra University and numerous other esteemed real estate institutions on Long Island, Joe has achieved the Gold Standard certification as an Instructor.
