looks can be deceiving. was told staff would be present on sight 24/7. If lucky we can get some one 24 times in a year. Staff ratio come and go more than tenants. Rent goes up and get less help. work orders would sit for months. Building was opened in 6/2010, and the roof has been leaking into apartments since then, nothing has been done to fix it. Septic has backed into the building and into apartments on the 1st floor. It states disabled facility but it's not disabled friendly.
