The staff is amazing! They are always so responsive and respectful! Sara has helped me so many times. Over all the staff and the building make the experience of living her so comfortable.

This building is cheaply made, only 1 parking spot (costs $50-75). The ac is always breaking, the gym isn’t the best, constant fire alarms and the doors do not work. I highly recommend living elsewhere.

Looking for a place near UB North campus and this is perfect. I took a tour of the complex and love that they showed me all the options (studio, 1 bed and 2 bed). Great apartments and lovely people.
