This is a wonderful place to live. Quiet, beautiful property, well kept. The Management reps are super friendly and helpful. My neighbors have been quiet, respectful and nice. Convenient!!!! Access to Northern State/LIE in 2 mins north, Target 2 mins south. Meadowbrook 5 mins west. All ethnic restaurants, super. markets…… overall a truly wonderful place to call home.
The apartment is spacious. No issues. However, I do have a short wish list: architecture could be more modern, wish we had a... washer dryer in the unit for the high rent we.
I recommend this residential community.

Love my Apartment
I live in a One Bedroom, the layout and size are very nice. I lived on Jericho side and, certainly prefer living on Hicksville side now. I would recommend living here. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and friendly.

Mice everyday
If you live here, prepare yourself to have a lot of visitors every night Some night we would have 2/3 running in the apartment I do clean and vacuum everyday, take the garbage out and i would here them and see them again Do not recommend this place

Old, not well maintained, and very OVERPRICED
Very overpriced, many hidden fees that will get tacked on several times per year and will raise rent every year by extraordinary amounts. Leasing office staff is rude. On a positive note, the location is great in terms of proximity to LIRR, mall, grocery store, restaurants, and the highway.
