The apartments are terribly maintained, even the renovated ones. Outlets don't work, there are constant leaks, there is a constant odor of burnt oil. Management is terrible, and overall this is a place to run away from

I have called THREE times to get a TOUR or call back on an apartment that I am interested in an NOTHING. No call back or email back.

I have not only called I have also emailed them on the specific apartment I am interested in. Don't waste your time.

If you move in on the ground floor none of the second floor apartments are carpeted so you will hear your upstairs neighbors whenever they are home ad you have to pay $3 for each load of laundry you do. Other than that this is a nice building but management is horrible and they left out key information about my studio apartment before I moved in and then tried to lie to cover it up. When I moved in, it was unbearably hot in my apartment, they had just installed a new A/C but for some reason it... was still 90 degrees according to my thermometer even with the A/C on 24/7 for a week straight. Then one day I called the super because it was so unbearable in the middle of the summer. He told me there was nothing he could do because the exhaust chimney from the boiler runs right through my floor and in my closet! the heat was coming from the boiler below me and there was no heat shielding above the boiler room so 120 degree exhaust was coming up through my floorboards heating my entire apartment. They had me sign a lease and then REFUSED to give me a copy for 2 months even when I demanded to see it after this. And when they did, the leasing coordinator pointed out a clause in the middle of the 30pg lease saying (in legal jargon I had to use the internet to translate) I was not allowed to take them to court for any wrong doing or misconduct on their part. They were well aware of this issue and did not tell me on purpose. They are even unwilling to let me see another unit because if I were to switch to another unit because that . would mean breaking my lease. Read More

It's close to mall, highway. But u need avoid the apartment units that's next to the road since there's lots of traffic and it's kind of annoyed to hear suddenly stopped tires sounds especially during the night time. It's scary. Although it's an old apartment but at least heater is included. Overall it's a nice apartment if you live on 2nd floor like me...less bugs
