Love it here
At least in my section, my neighbors are wounderful, very quite, very friendly people. Everything is kept very clean outside (management takes this seriously) so no trash or cigarette butts outside. Apartments are well insulated so this helps a lot for heating and cooling times. Only down falls of this place are 1) no dishwasher/hook up 2) no recycling available.... Other than that, love it.

Leasing agreements
In the lease it says NO NOISE AT ANYTIME don’t plan on them abiding by the lease some people can do whatever they want and others can’t.
