This was my second time renting from the Lewis family. First in 2012 at the Pheasant Run location for a short stay while on a temporary job assignment. When I returned to the area for good, 2 years ago my first call was to Lewiston Properties in hopes of renting from them again. This time at the Meadow Street location, and I could not have hoped for a better place. If not for the purchase of my first home, I'd still be renting from Lewiston!

The both townhouses gave me all the space and... amenities that I was looking for. My favorites were the in unit full washer and dryer and the back patio. I lived in the 2B unit while at Meadow Street and having the extra full bathroom for guests was a huge bonus and not easily found in other rentals in this area. The Pheasant Run unit I had was a 2D style and having the attached garage was awesome, especially since it was winter during the time I was staying.

Maintenance was never an issue, staff was always prompt and everything is kept in great working condition and you can tell there is pride in their ownership. Both locations were quiet and peaceful; perfect for any family, or those downsizing for retirement, or even young professionals like myself.
