From the first time I enquired about an apartment, I have had a great experience with the property managers. They have been super supportive and responsive—I always get a response within 12 hours—and I really appreciate that they offer email, phone, and text options, so communication is easy.

I currently rent a 1-bedroom unit, and even though the square footage seems small, the layout makes this space feel a lot larger than it is. The kitchen even has a dishwasher. And after the previous... tenant moved out, the interior of the unit was entirely repainted, with all new flooring put down as part a f the unit turnover process, so this space was fresh and clean when I moved in. The property managers clearly put a lot of work into maintaining the property well, and maintenance personnel can frequently be seen doing work around the development.

I noticed that previous reviews have complained about the dumpsters, so I would like to say that a few times, people have dumped a bunch of trash in front of the dumpsters even though they’re almost competing empty. So, it’s not that the property doesn’t have them emptied regularly, it’s just that some people don’t care enough to throw their trash in the bins—whether it’s tenants or random passerby’s dumping trash, I don’t know. But the few times this has happened, the property has had it cleaned up within two days, so they’re clearly making an effort to keep it clean.

Also, the property has multiple laundry facilities for the units that don’t already have their own washer and dryer, making it really convenient to do laundry no matter where you are in the development. All of the laundry room machines are wi-fi compatible and connect to an app that lets tenants monitor their laundry without having to sit in the laundry room—and this definitely feels like a luxury!

There are also plenty of grassy areas and trees that make this a really nice outdoor space, and the grass and trees are very well maintained. Other tenants have been welcoming, and there are always kids and families outside playing, people walking their dogs, and socializing, which gives this a beautiful community vibe that feels like home. There’s even a monthly newsletter that gets sent out with updates, reminders, recipes, and such, that really goes above and beyond to promote a sense of community.

I rented a two bedroom townhouse and overall I'm happy with it. The space works for my family. It includes most of the utilities which is helpful only down side is there isn't a garbage facility outside of my apartment I have to walk down the street.

I recently moved out of Serenity Village and bought a home but my experience here was great. I saved so much money just renting and having most utilities covered. There is new office staff and maintenance who seem to really care about the property. Overall a good experience.

I've been here a few months and overall I am happy. They recently started remodeling our hallway which has been a minor inconvenience but honestly it looks so much better so definitely worth it.

I'm happy living here, and plan to stay until we find a house.

I have been here a few years and have had no issues. I have a garage parking spot, access to washer/dryer, and get along with my neighbors. They allow my husky, the staff goes out of their way to help me. Overall I recommended.
