Living at 77 Commercial Street has been a deeply disappointing experience. While the building advertises luxury amenities, access is heavily restricted and poorly managed. Tenants are often denied use of shared spaces without clear communication or consistent policies.
Worse, Clipper Equity—the management company—has imposed unexpected charges without notice or explanation. I was billed thousands of dollars after a one-time... use of a common area, despite following instructions and leaving the space clean. My attempts to contact management were ignored, leaving me with an unresolved financial burden and no accountability.
Clipper Equity’s lack of transparency and disregard for tenant concerns is unacceptable. If you're considering moving in, ask tough questions—because once you're here, you may find yourself paying for more than just rent.
