This is a wonderful apartment complex that strives hard to provide a community experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the facilities are very pet friendly without getting in the way of other tenants.

Shoregate has exceeded all my expectations. I've been here for a year and a half and love the building, the staff and management.

I love where I live, even though there have been a few instances of things not being resolved like my most recent bug issue. I also wish I didn’t have to wait all day sometimes for a package notification after it’s been delivered. I do enjoy all of the different activities and things they do for us, and am overall satisfied.

My fiancé and I have lived at Shoregate for two years now, and we absolutely love it! Not only do we enjoy our small apartment community, but we’ve also grown to love the town of Bay Shore and everything it has to offer.

When searching for an apartment, our top priorities were finding a place that was pet-friendly, had a gym, and included an in-unit washer and dryer. Shoregate checked all those boxes and much more. Some of our favorite amenities are the gym, pool, pickleball court, and outdoor grills. While we would always love to pay less in rent, Shoregate is comparable in price to other luxury apartment communities on Long Island and offers great value for what you receive.

Shoregate has been a lovely experience so far and would recommend to others. The leasing office staff is helpful and kind. The cleaning staff are working daily to help keep the building well maintained. I hope to continue living here and renew my lease.
