Great community. The amenities are very nice. The pool runs super clean water everyday during summer so does the jacuzzi. The gym is the biggest apartment building gym I’ve ever seen. It has friendly neighbors and the location is very easy to commute to work.

Overall we are very happy with Hamilton Cove. However, we are very disappointed with the new water billing method. Our water bill has over doubled. We are only two people and not in NJ for 8 months of the year. It clearly is not determined by usage.

If you’re moving or renting in NJ and want high-end waterfront living, Hamilton Cove in Weehawken is the place to go! The amenities - including the pool and multiple workspaces with views of the NYC skyline, great location, and overall appearance have made living here a great experience. Close to the ferry, lightrail, and bus make transportation easy. We're so glad we chose Hamilton Cove!
