Very welcoming, safe and clean apartment building. We love the beautiful gym, pools and party rooms. The location near the ferry, bus and light rail is great. We have renewed our lease and look forward to doing it again.

The apartment is very well maintained by all the kind staff working in the building. The neighbors are very friendly as well. I don't have any negative experience.

I've been here for over 5 years and have had a very positive experience. I love living here. Everyone that works here tries to make you feel at home. I have made life long friends here. My neighbors and the other residents are great people Yessenia in the office is always ready to help me Katelyn has gone above and beyond to make sure people are happy here. Maintenance is very knowledgeable , trustworthy and respectful at all times. I miss some of the other managers that left shows... that they made impacts on me. I consider myself very fortunate to be here. My cats love it here too and never get tired of watching the gulls and hawks and the NYC views. I also love the gym, pool and all the other amenities. I’ve had a generally positive experience living in this apartment. The highlight is definitely the beautiful river view. The building also offers great amenities. However, one significant drawback has been the frequent false fire alarms. They tend to go off unexpectedly and can be disruptive.

The staff is very well attentive. They respond pretty quickly when they’re not doing something else. Otherwise, it is a good building to live in many amenities and so convenient to the city.
