Great facilities, and very good communication about building events. Management office is very friendly and seeks to help at all times. Building is kept clean and in high working order.

The management charges all kinds of fees not related to the lease. I am working with the NJ DA to resolve the terrible living environment.
Elevators are always broken
Air conditioning in public spaces is always broken
The pool water is filthy
Entry to the pool is not allowed when you pay fees, and there are too many guests
