This is my second year at the Republic and it's been great! I really like my room, the staff, and all the events they do each month!

Over all it’s a pretty good apartment. It’s close to campus and it’s nice to have a pool and 24 hour gym. Parking is completely unaffordable and rent is expensive. If your parents are paying your rent I would recommend this place. Your vehicle might get broken into whether it’s parked in the lot or on the street so I wouldn’t waste your money on a pass.

In regards to vehicle break ins, those can happen anywhere no... matter where you are unfortunately but we do try to proactively ensure gates are closed and security is monitoring the property to try and help prevent that. Good price for what it is. Facilities and hallways are often dirty, staff is often unhelpful, but overall decent. The best part is probably the gym

Roommates are nice, the complex is nice, and they offer good services. My only gripe is that it's hard to get to any form of transportation.

Hi! Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback! We're sorry to hear you have had transportation issues! We do have bird scooters dropped off at the edge of the property. If you go to UNR they do have Pack Rides as well! There is also an... AMTRAK station 1.5 miles away and some bus stops nearby! If you need any recommendations feel free to stop by and we can try to give some feedback/ideas!

I’m excited to be a part of the community this summer! The employees and the leasing office were so helpful and honest as I did the tour, application, and any phone call I made for extra help. It definitely made my experience smoother.
